This year, as the world tries to get itself back to some degree of normal, we want to express our gratitude and celebrate Small Business Saturday.

One of the reasons that we are still standing is because of our clients. We want to take a few moments, if you will indulge us, by saying thanks.

For each of you who were able to continue using Floofins & Co.’s services, even if you didn’t absolutely require them, thank you. Your support has allowed us to keep staff in place so that you don’t lose any of your favorite pet care specialists.

For those of you who are new clients this year, we thank you for joining our Floofins Family. We are deeply grateful. We know that one of the highest compliments we can receive is a word of mouth referral. And so, we know that you are not here without a positive review or a friend’s recommendation. On this Small Business Saturday, we would appreciate any referrals that would be willing to make. It makes all the difference.

We are hopeful that next year will see a more ordinary existence for us all. We miss seeing your floofins with the regularity that we had become accustomed. Thank you for hanging in there with us and remaining our loyal clients. Without you, Floofins & Co. wouldn’t exist.

Finally, we would be remiss if we didn’t give a huge shout out to the people who make Floofins & Co. awesome: the staff. Our staff have made the best of a very trying situation. They have willingly helped one another out and maintained their loyalty to our company. We appreciate the understanding, patience, and flexibility the staff have demonstrated from the beginning.
