A quick note before you register! Like all industries, demand and staffing are in flux. We have seen a drastic increase in the volume of pet care requests. This likely results from many factors including increased travel from last year, new floofins additions to households, and the unfortunate decrease in pet care providers resulting from COVID’s hit to small businesses everywhere. We never overbook because that negatively impacts our clients. Depending on their service location, new clients may temporarily be waitlisted until we can provide Floofins & Co. caliber service.
Please fill out our quick contact form first to give us more information about your needs. We will let you know if we are able to service you immediately or if we will need to place you on our waitlist. Once off waitlist, here are the steps to get set up in our system.
Follow the steps below to join the “Floofins Family”:
1. We will send you an invite to create a Floofins Account. This will become your portal to your household and pet profiles, billing and scheduling.
2. Review the “My Forms” section in your new online account. These forms will need to be filled out before your first scheduled service.
3. Request a New Client Meeting. You may request a meeting by phone at 630-478-8915 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide 2-3 dates and times that work with your schedule.
4. At Your New Client Meeting, you will meet with one of a member of our leadership team and your primary pet care specialist. We will review your household and pet profiles, answer any of your questions and set up your first pet care appointment. Also, please have your keys ready for pick up at this visit (make sure you take a moment to review the key policy form) so we are ready to begin service.
