My family is currently using Floofins & Co to walk our dog during the day while we’re all away for work. While we’ve had dog walkers in the past who were extremely kind to our dog, we ran into issues where they didn’t do the services we asked them to do. Besides having someone who is great with our dog, we wanted to make sure it was easy to set up services and get check-ins to know what happened during the walk. With Floofins & Co, we have two amazing walkers who are great with our dog (Yana and Ted), setting up services on their online portal is a breeze and, while I’ll admit that it’s the over-protective pet parent in me, we absolutely love the notes of how the visit went from the walkers. It really means a lot. They’re super-organized, go above and beyond with each visit, and great with our dog!

Good reliable company for pet and house sitting. Not sure if it’s a chain, but great for local West Chicago burbs. It’s a bit of hassle to get signed up, give them a key and the entry interview process.  Once enrolled just go on the app and request a wide range of priced services and times. They confirm, and leave nice daily reminders when they stop in. We use them when we travel and when my son can’t let doggie out during the day.

I literally cannot say enough good things about this company from the top down. From the office and scheduling staff to the dog walkers.  I use them two to three times a week while I am at work and have used them several times for longer extended periods over vacations. There are never any questions whether my home and pet are secure because they send a mobile update out at the end of every visit, often with pictures of your pet.  Very flexible and accommodating.

I am so impressed, words escape me. Our dog was lovingly cared for in our home while we were away. Each visit came with a recap and pictures. The caregivers were all excellent! The yard was cleaned up, our packages and mail brought in, and the dog’s dishes sparkling clean. We even came home to a welcome home card signed by the caregivers. After a terrible experience with a previous dog sitter, we were nervous, but this worked out charmingly. Thanks so much Floofins!

We’ve been using floofins ever since we moved to our house in Elmhurst. We started with two pets and it’s now gone up to 5! They still take great care of them (we use their vacation services), and the daily pet logs are awesome! I never have to worry about my furry friends when we are out of town. Their online booking system is also super easy and convenient – this is coming from someone who hates having to pick up a phone and call! And booking semi-last minute is possible too. Honestly, they’re the best!

Floofins is a professionally run team of caring, competent pet sitters that we have used several times over the last year. Our two older cats are definitely in good hands when we are away. The daily updates, photos and communication are spot on. I now consider the team “ family” and so do our kitties.

Laura always has such great photos and comments about every time she walks the “kids”. She is very kind, considerate and always makes sure the kids are safe, comfortable and the house is secure. Paula who also walks them does an awesome job too. Floofins does an amazing job and is very easy to work with if we have any requests for additional services. The kids love Laura and Paula!

If you want to keep your Floofin safe at home and not have to worry about a kennel or boarding, this is your team! Great way to make sure your pets are happy and taken care of!
