Pet Sitters Give Back By 
“Cramming The Van”
As professional pet sitters and dog walkers, we visit happy animals in their homes all across our service area from Oak Park, IL to the middle of Downers Grove, IL all the way to Winfield, IL . However, it is important to also help the not so fortunate pets still looking for their forever homes.
It has been about a month since Floofins & Co. “Crammed the Van” in honor of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters, Presents 4 Pets Drive. This year the Floofins & Co. Pet Care Team parked a large Enterprise van in front of the Pet Supplies Plus in Wheaton and collected new and lightly loved items for PACT Humane Society. We were even accompanied by some adorable pooches that were up for adoption.
As part of the annual Presents 4 Pets program, Floofins & Co. and other NAPPS members across the country reached out to their clients and community and encouraged them to collect and donate items such as dog and cat food, collars, leashes, toys, treats, towels and blankets. All of the items collected benefit animals in need.
We are grateful to have such animal loving people in our lives which made it possible for us to collect over 500 Stella and Chewy’s Beef Dinner’s, toys, canned food, kitty litter, grooming tools, and a Pet Supplies Plus gift card for PACT Humane Society in Bloomingdale, IL. A quick shout out to the Glen Ellyn, IL Enterprise for covering the cost of the van and the Pet Supplies Plus in Wheaton, IL. We look forward to seeing their brand new store in 2015! We hope all shelter animals have a warm place to sleep and full belly’s this holiday season!
