Since 2010, Floofins & Co. has been committed to providing exceptional services to Chicagoland’s families. We provide 24/7 pet care and offer a fantastic alternative to kenneling or boarding. Our goal is to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations while meeting the dynamic needs of their beloved pets.

Since our founding, we have worked diligently to run our business with integrity and treat everyone – human or otherwise – with utmost dignity and respect. Per the first of our seven company values, we believe a floofin is a furry family member. As pet parents, we know the type of care we want for our floofins and treat our clients’ floofins as we would have ours be treated.

Investing in Growth

Our company’s passion for pets and commitment to delivering the best service to every client and every pet fuels our hiring processes. It’s why our employees are background checked, drug tested, and reference checked before accessing clients pets and homes. It’s also why our employees are trained per our Floofin University program, which provides a foundation in dog, cat, bird, rabbit, reptile/amphibian, fish, and small creature care. And, it’s why our employees are certified in cat and dog first aid and CPR every two years.

In addition, Floofins maintains a fully staffed office with after-hours support. By offering office support, local pet sitters focus on the pets in their care, not scheduling, tracking and billing. We provide online scheduling and payment for clients and GPS tracking, Pet Care Journals, and more to keep our employees accountable. Investing in accuracy, communication, and education is an integral part of our company’s operation, in line with our company values.

Because we work as a team, we also prioritize consistency in our service standards. No matter where you are located or what pet sitter is assigned to your pet, you can rest assure that our high standards and expectations apply to all Floofins staff members.
