Natalie started at Floofins & Co. back in 2012 as a full-time baker by night and a Floofins dog walker by day. Dog walking was that second job that didn’t feel like work according to Natalie. Now she spends her time at Floofins & Co. managing the new employee screening process.
Natalie and her husband are currently the proud pet parents of a senior cat cat along with two pit mixes and a cockapoo! She feels in some ways this job chose her. Getting to know each candidate that may gain the privilege of caring for Floofins & Co. clients is one of the most important roles at the company and gives her a great sense of fulfillment since stepping down from her dog walker role.
