The holidays bring with them a mix of stress and joys. We here at Floofins & Co. want to help you minimize the stress and maximize the joy. Therefore, we are offering up some of our Helpful Holiday Hints!

Planning

Planning ahead is always best. If you can, be sure to book any holiday visits as soon as possible so that you can be sure that we can accommodate your floofin while you travel. It also helps us to ensure that our staff are booked in the most efficient manner. This helps them be home as much as possible with their own families and floofins.

Don’t forget when scheduling visits on our designated holidays, holiday rates will apply. You can schedule via email, phone, our online web portal or via our app.

Saying Thanks

Holidays are a time when we want to show appreciation to our family, friends, and floofins. And because Floofins & Co. staff oftentimes feel like family members, clients often ask us about appropriate holiday gifts for their regular pet sitters and/or pet care providers. While we encourage you to chose what feels most appropriate to you, using your best judgment, some universally appreciated gifts include:

Cash. This is the most flexible and readily usable gift for your Floofins caregiver.
Snacks. For staff on the go, treats are always appreciated. (We don’t recommend alcoholic options for age and liability reasons.)
Individual Expressions. If you’ve been a client for a while, you probably have an idea about the personality and preferences of your caregiver and we encourage you to express that in whatever form you find appropriate.
